"Gross National Happiness is more important than Gross National Product"
His Royal Highness Jigme Singye Wangchuk, King of Bhutan

The local town hall has decided that this year the traditional competition to find the best balcony floral display will not take place. Instead, a "Day of Happiness" has been organised, during which there will be an official measuring of the real level of happiness in the town. At stake is the possible accreditation "Happy Town". A procession is organised to sound out the local population, to take samples, and to calculate the index of Urban Happiness (UB)...All of this takes place with musical accompaniment in a show which is full of lightness and surprises, and where joy is dispensed in large quantities.
